Parent Pointers
Here are some quick tips and reassurances for our parents!

Letters and care packages are not just welcome—they’re highly encouraged! To be sure your camper receives mail during their stay, please send items no later than Wednesday. Anything mailed after that may not arrive before camp ends.

You’re also welcome to drop off letters or small packages on Sunday; we’ll distribute them to your camper throughout the week.
If your camper would like to write home, please send them with stationery and envelopes. Stamps are available at camp if needed, and the cost will be added to your account.

Medication
After camper medication is turned in at registration, it is managed by the Head Counselors and securely stored in the camp Infirmary. Only a Head Counselor or the Camp Director has access to it.

Homesickness
It’s completely normal for campers to feel a little homesick at first. Our caring camp leaders are trained and experienced in helping campers adjust and feel at home. If you happen to receive a letter mentioning homesickness, please remember that by the time it reaches you, your camper has most likely settled in and made great new friends. If you’re ever concerned, don’t hesitate to give us a call—we’re always happy to check in and provide an update!

Sunday Recital
On Sundays at 11 a.m., we hold a voluntary recital where campers may choose to perform the piece they played on Saturday. If you arrive by that time, feel free to ask your camper whether they’d like to participate.
