Our Teachers

The teachers at Hummingbird are professional, experienced music, art, and chess instructors. They have a passion for what they do and it's evident.  Our teachers know how to make it fun for the campers while also helping each student  improve his/her skills immensely. Many teachers attended Hummingbird as campers!

 

Some teachers teach one week out of the summer while others teach a couple weeks. Teachers lead rehearsals, give private lessons, perform in a teacher's recital for the campers, take part in skit night, and play in a fun teachers vs. counselors volleyball game.

(All teachers and staff members must have cleared background checks to work at Hummingbird.)
